Location

The property is located in a quiet and gate-secured residential domain directly opposite the port of Les Issambres. The distance to the beach, beach restaurants, shopping and the ferry to St. Tropez is only 600-900 meters. In this respect a top location in Les Issambes and the car can stay during the vacations.

The villa

Renovated in 2019, the villa is attractively equipped for up to 12 persons. The total living area covers 220 m² on two levels.

In addition to living and dining area with fully equipped open kitchen, the villa offers on the first floor four air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms – one of them en suite in the master bedroom – and two separate WCs. The upper floor is equipped with a double room with balcony and a children’s room with loft bed (both also air-conditioned) and adjoining large terrace with sea view and sun beds. Four beds have the dimensions 180 x 200 cm and another double bed has the dimensions 160 x 200 cm.

Several terraces and balconies offer a beautiful view of the sea or the pool area. All are equipped with attractive furniture.

The new swimming pool, located on the side of the villa, is heatable against fees and equipped with a themorollo. Numerous sun loungers and parasols are available, as well as a lounge seating group. A special feature of the property is certainly the small indoor pool with countercurrent system!

The property is closed and offers parking for two to three cars. Further cars can be parked in the parking bay directly in front of the property.
