Location

The apartments “L’Arapéde” are located in Les Issambres (closer to the center of St. Aygulf) in a quiet location close to the beach. The nearest beach “Plage de la Corniche Azure” is just 250 m away on foot. The nearest large beach with a beach restaurant is the “Plage de la Gaillarde”, 650 m away. The town center of St. Agulf with all stores for daily needs, restaurants and one of the largest beaches in the region can be reached by car in about 2 km and the center of Les Issambres “San Peire” with the regular ferry to St. Tropez in about 8 minutes driving time.

 

The apartment

The apartment is located in a building with a total of three units which was completely renovated in winter/spring 2023/2024. In addition to the extremely tasteful and lovingly designed furnishings, the renovation also includes the sanitary facilities, which are state of the art.

L’Arapède – Apartment 2

The living space covers 43 m² and is divided into a living/dining area with TV and air conditioning as well as a terrace in front with a dining area, parasol and small sea view. Adjacent to this room is the kitchen with the following equipment features:
– Ceramic hob with extractor hood

– Dishwasher
– Fridge-freezer
– Senseo coffee machine

A TV, air conditioning and dining table are also available here, as well as a foldaway bed for two children if required. From here you have access to the rear patio with teak terrace, lounge seating area and sun loungers.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), TV and air conditioning and there is access to the patio. The sanitary areas include a bathroom with washbasin, shower, towel dryer and washing machine as well as a separate WC with washbasin corners.

The property has an area of 1,450 m² and there are 3-4 parking spaces available within the property in addition to two charging stations.
