Coin de Mire

Location

The villa “Coin de Mire” is located in a secured domain not far from the beach of La Nartelle and the town centres of Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres. All shops of daily needs, restaurants and the ferry to St. Tropez are reachable in a distance of appr. 4 km. The beach with numerous beach restaurants is located at a distance of about 1,700 m.

The villa

The very well maintained villa offers a living area of about 220 m² on two levels. All rooms are bright and spacious and offer comfortable facilities for eight persons.

Particularly noteworthy is the very large living room with over-high ceiling, piano, adjoining TV corner, open dining and kitchen area. Large panoramic sliding windows offer views of the adjacent covered terrace, swimming pool and mediterranean Sea. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms , each with bathroom en-suite – an office, also with adjoining shower room with toilet, a guest toilet and a patio located in the rear area of the villa. The large kitchen is very fully equipped with all comforts and also with regard to the dishes!

The first floor has a further two bedrooms, each with its own balcony, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The plot of approx. 1,800 m² is closed and attractively planted. A spacious pool measuring 12 x 6 m is surrounded by an extensive terrace area with corresponding deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols.

The panoramic sea view is spectacularly beautiful and free of any disturbing influences!
