A few steps lead down to the slightly lower pool area with a swimming pool measuring 11 x 6 m (heatable for a fee), which is surrounded by spacious terraces. There is also a covered pool house in this area with another seating area, dining area and shower. A corresponding number of sun loungers and parasols are of course available for a relaxing time by the pool.
The 2,700 m² plot, which is beautifully planted with a wide variety of plants, cannot be seen and is completely enclosed. A long driveway via an electric gate leads to a very spacious forecourt, which offers numerous parking possibilities – partly under a shady Carpoart.
