In front of the living area there is a beautiful covered terrace with a dining set, which then opens onto the approx. 290 m² private south-facing garden. This offers a very nice Mediterranean planting (with evening lighting), a sea- and golf course view and another attractive dining area under shady trees.
From the garden, a staircase gives access to the separate and also air-conditioned studio with another bedroom with double bed and TV and a shower room with WC en suite.
Two reserved parking spaces are available next to the entrance area of the house and the property is closed (except for the stair access to the parking lot).
CONCLUSION: a very attractively furnished holiday home in a quiet location with a wonderful outdoor area and all desirable comfort in a top location!
