The beaches of St. Tropez – Pampelonne Plage – can also be reached via roads in the hinterland to avoid the very congested coastal road. You should plan about 25 minutes for the journey.
The villa
Built in a traditional Provençal country house style with high-quality building materials, the property exudes all the charm of the region and includes a main and a guest house with spacious living space for up to twelve people. Through the natural garden or via a separate driveway, you can reach the guest house made of natural stone, which is about 50 m away from the main house and can be lived in completely self-sufficiently. This also includes a spacious living room with an open fireplace and TV, an open kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Furthermore, there are three bedrooms with the following equipment:

There is also an outdoor dining area for the guest house with attractive teak furniture and sun loungers.
The overall ensemble covers approx. 20 hectares and a longer access road leads to sufficient parking space in front of the main entrance. The garden, which is landscaped with Provençal plants and is quite natural in the area of the houses and the swimming pool, offers beautiful sunny and shady areas and a variety of old trees. A few steps away from the main house is the 12 x 6 m swimming pool, which can be accessed via a comfortable staircase. Here you will also find sun loungers for a relaxing time by the pool.
Additional facilities include a petanque court and a private tennis court.
