The deluxe apartment “Valentina” is located in a side street on the outskirts of the center of Sainte-Maxime. From this very convenient location, numerous restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities, the weekly market, the town beaches and the regular ferry to St. Tropez are all within 100 – 750 m walking distance.

The beaches of La Nartelle with numerous very popular beach restaurants are approx. 3 km away and can be reached quickly and without traffic jams in approx. 3-4 minutes by car.

 

The apartment

The exceptionally high-quality and tastefully furnished and fully air-conditioned apartment with a wonderful sea view is located in the building of the former Grand Hotel of Sainte-Maxime. Completely renovated and newly furnished, it offers a living space of 95 m² for four adults and two children, which is rather unusual for the region.

The very spacious living/dining area with large flat-screen TV is furnished with designer furniture in an appealing color scheme. From there you can enjoy a panoramic sea view of the bay of St. Tropez. A top-equipped, modern kitchen with cooking island, Vrasen extractor fan, dishwasher, wine fridge, side-by-side fridge, microwave and oven, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine etc. leaves nothing to be desired.

The living space also includes the following rooms:
