The holiday home “La Perle” is located at the entrance of La Garde-Freinet in quiet surroundings and close to the town-center. Shops of daily needs, restaurants and bistros as well as a weekly market are within walking distance in about 450 to 900 m.
The beaches of Port Grimaud can be reached via a very well developed country road without congestion in about 20 minutes drive.
The holiday home
The holiday home, equipped with very good taste and attractive furnishings, offers a living space of 140 m² on two levels with all desirable comfort for up to six people.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining area with adjoining newly installed kitchen with all comforts and a beautiful Ilve gas stove with plancha and double oven, two bedrooms and two shower rooms. The upper floor offers another spacious bedroom with a large double bed of 180 x 200 cm, a smaller reading room with a sofa and a very nice panoramic view of the landscape and another bathroom with shower.
The rooms on the ground floor are leading to two very nice terraces with a fantastic view over the landscape up to the Mediterranean Sea. The outdoor furniture is also of high quality and beside a dining ensemble under a covered terrace in front of the kitchen, a beautiful teak seating group is available on a separate not covered terrace. In the meantime, the floors have been renewed and these are now in a bright look, which makes the premises even more friendly.
The 9 x 4 m swimming pool (heated and recently completely renovated) is reached via some stairs on a lower level. There are also sun loungers and parasols for a relaxing time by the pool.
CONCLUSION: a very appealing Provencal vacation home with a feel-good character and a fantastic panoramic landscape view.

In short – a dream house in a quiet location
We stayed in this beautiful house from mid-September to early October 2023.
When we arrived, we could not stop marveling at how beautifully and lovingly the whole house is furnished by the owners. Every day we kept discovering new, very tasteful accessories that bring any room to life.
We felt so comfortable from the first hour, so much so that every morning we thought about leaving at all. The large and very well maintained swimming pool invites you to linger and in addition the place with the very special hammock. You can really hang out there!!!
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, you miss nothing and we enjoyed shopping at the small market in the village and then cooking ourselves with the very great stove and enjoying a meal on the wonderful terrace. Especially nice is also the lounge with the pretty and very comfortable furniture.
The bedrooms are well equipped with high quality mattress and very nice bedding. Towels and beach towels can be obtained for a small flat fee.
The village center can be reached in a 10-minute walk, everything is there, a supermarket, a pastry chef with the very best delicacies and a butcher shop. The pubs invite you to linger even for an espresso in between.
It is especially nice when you sit on the wonderful terrace in the evening with a glass of wine and you can even see the bay of St. Tropez from a distance.
We can still rave for a long time and everyone who will make his vacation there, can confirm us all this certainly only. We are a couple 68 years and have a claim to well-maintained and beautiful living.

This house is an absolute insider tip. It is located very quietly on the edge of the forest with a distant view to the bay of Saint-Tropez. The pool is top maintained and heated, the whole garden is provided with beautiful plants. There are several terraces and seating areas, also behind the house, depending on your needs. The large terrace in the upper front area has a large dining table with barbecue area and the whole house including the three bedrooms is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard.
The owners have spared nothing.

The house is a dream by its location and architecture alone. It captivates with the terraced structure on the slope, the view of the bay of St. Tropez from afar and the pleasant climate even on very hot days.
The very nice and well-maintained pool invites you to stay in the house and it is not necessary to be always on the road.
We especially liked the very nice and tasteful furnishings of the house and the pleasant contact with the landlords.
The village center is within walking distance and the infrastructure offers everything you need. It is very nice to sit there at the square in the café.
