The villa
The spacious and fully air-conditioned villa offers appealing living comfort for up to 12 people. The ideal occupancy is 6-8 adults and a corresponding number of children. This makes this property ideal for a vacation with a large family from babies to grandparents or two to three families traveling together.

The master bedroom with sea view and adjoining en suite bathroom with double washbasin, shower, bathtub and separate WC is also located on this level.
The basement offers the following rooms: two beautiful bedrooms with double bed and large sliding glass doors with access to the garden level as well as two further bedrooms each with two double beds (new beds in 2022). The basement also has two bathrooms (1 x washbasin and bathtub, 1 x washbasin, shower, bathtub and WC), a separate WC, a utility room with washing machine and a further kitchen area with adjoining living area and TV as well as an area with pool table.
A few steps lead to the pool area with a corresponding number of sun loungers, a daybed, another smaller dining table and a covered bar seating area. The 10.50 x 5.70 m swimming pool with overflow technology is complemented by a small jacuzzi. The sea view from this part of the property is very beautiful!
A carport is available for two vehicles and one or two additional parking spaces are available in the entrance area of the villa.
As the basement of the villa is more simply furnished than the living level, the rental price has been adapted to this situation and calculated moderately for the possible number of people.
