The property is located in La Garde-Freinet, an authentic old Saracen village in the Gulf of St. Tropez, which is very popular not only with tourists. Numerous owners of large estates enjoy the peace and quiet, untouched nature, large plots of land and only a few minutes’ drive from the bustling coast. The distance to the town centre with numerous restaurants and shops is about 2 km (about 5 minutes by car). The town centre can be reached on foot in about 20 – 25 minutes.
The also very popular town of Grimaud can be reached via an excellently developed country road in about 10 minutes, the beaches on site Grimaud congestion-free in about 20 minutes and the hotspot N°1 in the region, St. Tropez in about 25 minutes (depending on the season and time of day).
The villa
The well-kept and air-conditioned holiday home with a living space of 120 m² is equipped for eight people (ideally six adults and two children) and offers a very appealing and time-appropriate equipment with all desirable comforts for a relaxing holiday in wonderfully green surroundings, coupled with a wonderful view.
The entrance area of the villa leads into a cosily decorated living area with a wood-burning stove and TV as well as a corresponding dining ensemble. An open kitchen offers the following features:

In front of the living area is a covered terrace with a very comfortable seating area and a large teak terrace with a shady rammade over an attractive dining ensemble. From here you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the landscape as far as the village of La Garde-Freinet without disturbing influences!
Furthermore, the living space in the main house includes the following bedrooms and bathrooms:
– master bedroom (1) with double bed 160 x 200 cm, walk-in dressing and access to the terrace in front or the pool area
– bathroom en suite with washbasin, shower, toilet and towel dryer
– bedroom (2) with double bed 160 x 200 cm and access to the garden
– bedroom (3) with double bed 140 x 200 cm and access to the garden
– bathroom (for bedrooms 2 and 3) with washbasin, shower and toilet
Another beautifully designed studio/bedroom (4) is located in a separate building next to the main entrance. This studio is equipped with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, TV and an en suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
The swimming pool integrated into the teak terrace measures 7 x 3 m and a corresponding number of sun loungers and parasols as well as an outdoor shower are available for a relaxing time by the pool. The pool is operated via a saltwater electrolysis system, i.e. without chemical additives. The water therefore has a slight salt taste (about 1/11 compared to sea water) and is therefore very skin-friendly.
The extremely large and beautifully landscaped property of approx. 3,700 m² in south-west orientation is completely closed and accessed via an electric access gate. Numerous vehicles can be parked within the property and a covered rammade also offers two parking spaces in the shade.
There is also a petanque court for sporting activities, a trampoline for children and a small playground.
