The holiday home is located in a quiet hillside location not far from a large natural area in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, about 2,500 m from the town centre. In Cavalaire-sur-Mer you will find all shops for daily needs, a larger harbour and a long stretch of beach.

 

The villa

The renovated Provençal holiday home comprises a tastefully furnished living space of 130 m², which is divided into a main and an adjoining house.

The main house with approx. 90 m² offers an attractive living room with beautiful beamed ceiling, dining area and TV.

The modern equipped kitchen offers all desirable features such as:
– induction hob
– oven and microwave at eye level
– dishwasher
– fridge-freezer combination
– kettle, toaster
– Nespresso coffee machine

From the kitchen you have direct access to a covered terrace with a very nice view, as well as a teak dining ensemble. Adjacent is a natural grass area with high-quality sun loungers and from there you can enjoy a very beautiful sea view.

In addition to the kitchen, there is also a utility room with an additional side-by-side refrigerator with ice cube function as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms decorated in monochrome colours with large double beds (180 x 200 cm) and air conditioning, two en-suite shower rooms of modern standard and a separate toilet.

The separately accessible studio with a living area of approx. 40 m² includes a bedroom with a double bed – also 180 x 200 cm – as well as air conditioning and a shower room with toilet.

A vehicle can be parked on the approx. 1,100 m² large and enclosed plot with varied Provençal planting. Further parking spaces are located below the villa right next to the entrance gate.
