Villa Case Blanca” is located in the hinterland of Sainte-Maxime in Plan-de-la-Tour, an authentic Provencal village that is very popular with vacationers. The location promises the desired tranquility on vacation not far from the hustle and bustle of coastal resorts. In Plan-de-la-Tour you can find all stores for daily needs as well as numerous nice restaurants. The villa is located approx. 1.7 km from the town center in a quiet residential area. The distance to Sainte-Maxime is 11 km and this route can usually be covered by car in about 15 minutes without traffic jams.

A large shopping center (Carrefour supermarket, baby market, Casa facility, Intersport, gas station, car wash, etc), an Aqualand (open mid-June – early September), climbing and scater park and a gym, etc. can be reached in about 10 minutes drive.

Moreover, via roads in the hinterland, from the villa’s point of view, you can also reach the towns of Grimaud and Ramatuelle without having to use the coastal road, which is always very dusty.

Furthermore, on the living level there are three attractively designed bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms, as well as a guest toilet.

The very lavishly and in “industrial design” equipped basement offers another large living area with TV, fireplace and bar area with adjoining bedroom, as well as a top equipped shower-bath en suite.

The enclosed and attractively planted property has a size of approx. 1,150 m². The high quality and modern design garden furniture includes two dining ensembles, a nice lounge seating area, umbrellas, an appropriate number of sun loungers and a nice summer kitchen with BBQ (gas, charcoal and plancha).
