The property is located in a quiet residential area in the hills of Les Issambres not far from the village center “San Peire” with all stores for daily needs, restaurants and bistros, a gas station, the ferry to St. Tropez and of course numerous beaches, some with very popular beach restaurants. The distance to all these amenities by car is about 5 minutes drive.
The villa
Very attractively furnished in a contemporary color scheme, the villa offers high living comfort on three levels for up to eight persons. The main living level includes a very cozy and spacious living room with TV, an adjacent dining room for eight persons and a fully equipped modern kitchen with all desirable features.
On this level there are also two bedrooms with double beds and sea view, a shower room and a separate toilet and a small utility room with washing machine and dryer.
A staircase in the living room leads to the 1st floor which includes the master bedroom with sea views and a small private balcony, as well as an en suite shower room with toilet.
In front of the living-/dining area as well as the kitchen is the spacious main terrace with very appealing lounge furniture as well as a dining ensemble also for eight people. A permanently installed ramade provides the desired shade and from here you can enjoy a wonderful sea view without any disturbing influences.
On a lower level there is then a separately accessible apartment, which has the same high-quality equipment as the main house. A nice living room with TV is complemented here by another fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and dressing and a shower room with toilet.
In this area of the property with very attractive Mediterranean planting you’ll find the swimming pool in free form. Further garden furniture such as sun loungers, parasols and an additional lounge seating area as well as a boules court complete the offer of this extremely beautiful property.
Air conditioning for the living rooms and bedrooms is also available for a fee.
Conclusion: a really very nice and well maintained vacation home with very appealing and lovingly designed interiors, beautiful outdoor areas, a great terrace and very nice sea view
