In front of the living area there is a covered terrace with an dining ensemble, summer kitchen with BBQ (plancha) and a lounge seating area. From here you can enjoy a very nice view of the pool area and the old trees with numerous Parasol pines.
The swimming pool has the dimensions 11 x 5 m and is accessed via a wide staircase. Numerous sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower invite you to relax by the pool.
The approx. 1,350 m² large and beautifully planted property facing south is accessed via an electric gate and is completely closed. Three vehicles can be parked comfortably within the property and there is a very nice, shaded boules area on the side of the house. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed, so the property is also suitable for allergy sufferers.

The gorgeous villa is located in a closed area with several other vacation homes and villas. It is very quiet and yet quite central. The house is very clean and well equipped. The ambience is luxurious and high quality. You feel at home right away. The great outdoor area with a large pool invites you to chill out. The pool was cleaned immediately after the mistral put a lot of dirt in it. For Inge family the property is top. Especially when the children are already a little older. ideal be the many showers. The location in Sainte Maxime is ideal to explore the region by car. From Monaco to Marseille, everything is within easy reach. Local bakery and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
