The villa
Renovated in 2020/2021, the villa offers a tastefully and high-quality furnished and fully air-conditioned living space for up to eight persons. The ground floor consists of a spacious living-/dining area with adjoining open and very well equipped kitchen, three almost equivalent bedrooms (2 x with double bed, 1 x with two single beds), two bathrooms, a guest toilet and a utility room.
A staircase in the living room leads to the first floor with a very attractively designed and spacious master suite with an open, exceptional designer bathroom en suite and a separate toilet. From all living rooms you can enjoy the fantastic view into the bay of St. Tropez.
In front of the living rooms is a very spacious terrace with a beautiful lounge seating area and a dining set (for 10 people) and a breathtaking sea view. A very nice shading is done by large parasol pines as well as an electric awning in the area of the seating group. A large Weber-BBQ is also available.
On the right side of the villa there is a very attractively furnished separate guest house with a terrace in front. This comprises a living area with a kitchenette and a bedroom with an open bathroom. From here you can also enjoy a wonderful sea view.
On a lower level of the very spacious garden with lush Mediterranean planting is the pool area with an 11.5 x 5 m swimming pool, numerous sun loungers, an outdoor shower and an adjacent sunbathing lawn with a shady parasol pine.
Access to the property is via an electric gate and up to four vehicles can be easily parked inside the property.
Conclusion: A dreamlike property in a prime location that leaves nothing to be desired with a spectacular sea view that is unparalleled!!!
