The apartment is located in a well-kept building in the center of Sainte-Maxime, not far from the casino and directly opposite the city beach. An ideal location for a car-free holiday, as all amenities such as restaurants, shopping facilities, the beach, beach restaurants and the ferry to St. Tropez are within walking distance. A public car park (for a fee) is located approx. 60 m from the appartment house.
The apartment
The newly renovated apartment offers a tastefully furnished living space of 56 m² for two adults and one child. The main characteristic is certainly the wonderful panoramic sea view from the living room and the balcony in front.
The living space is divided into a spacious living area with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning as well as access to the balcony with dining table. Adjacent is the open-plan kitchen with all desirable features such as ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer area and Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
Other rooms are a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and a very attractively designed bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet, washing machine and towel dryer.

This is a great apartment, we really enjoyed our stay! The apartment has an amazing view, is brilliantly decorated and has all the facilities you need for a longer holiday (including airconditioning, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen). Its location is great as well, situated along the city centre’s beach and on walking distance from restaurants, shops and the harbour. Parking your car is no problem either, the owner can grant access to the parking spots in the street. A well deserved five stars.
