Location

The property is located in the prestigious “Domaine de la Nartelle” near the beaches of La Nartelle and the centre of Sainte Maxime. The Domaine is characterized by high-quality villa development and a quiet location. Beaches and beach restaurants can be reached in about 2,000 m distance, the town centers of Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres by ferry to St. Tropez, shops and numerous bistros and restaurants can be reached in about 3.5 – 4 km.

The villa

The high-class villa was completed in autumn 2019, although the planting of the outdoor areas was not yet complete at the time of our shooting. This is currently being supplemented by the planting of around 50 trees (palms, cypresses, olive trees, etc.), so that the garden becomes more attractive in accordance with the property.

Built in the style of California modernism, the villa offers a very high-quality and tastefully designed living space of 326 m² on two levels for a total of eight persons. The upper floor offers a total living space of approx. 210 m² and via the entrance area you can reach a very spacious living-dining area equipped with designer furniture with upstream terrace areas and a wonderful sea view. Adjacent is the high-quality kitchen equipped with Miele appliances with adjoining summer dining area as well as a utility room with additional kitchen appliances and storage space. On this level there is also an office with a desk and the master suite with approx. 50 m², also with a very nice sea view, a large dressing and a fully equipped bathroom en suite.

The basement offers three equivalent suites with a size of 25-33 m² – all with sea view and TV, as well as shower baths en suite.
