The villa is located in the quiet hills of La Croix-Valmer surrounded by similar villa developments. The distance to the center of La Croix-Valmer is only approx. 2,800 m, so that shops for daily needs and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. The beautiful beach “Plage du Débarquement” with numerous beach restaurants and parking spaces is only 8 minutes away by car.
Another advantage of the popular La Croix-Valmer location is the easy accessibility of St. Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne. These can be reached with almost no traffic jams via the D61 in about 25 minutes.
The villa
The villa, which was renovated in 2021, is very tastefully furnished and offers living space for up to eight persons.
The living space of approx. 120 m² is divided into a living-dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, four attractively decorated bedrooms (one of them with separate access, 3 x double bed 160 x 200 cm, 1 x two single beds 90 x 200 cm) and three modern and comfortable shower rooms.
The outside areas are very attractively designed and offer two seating groups in front of the living room and the master bedroom, each with a beautiful sea view. A shaded summer kitchen with a sea view above the pool area offers a dining ensemble and a BBQ with plancha. The 9 x 4 m swimming pool (heatable) is surrounded by spacious terrace areas that are equipped with a variety of garden furniture. From here you can also enjoy the very beautiful sea view, which is much larger than it appears in the pictures.
The closed property with attractive Mediterranean plants and an electric entrance gate covers an area of 1,700 m² and up to four vehicles can be parked within the property.
CONCLUSION : a property with a lot of charm for a relaxing vacation with the family not far from the beaches and all amenities
Special notes:
Smaller children could climb under the beams or the balustrade at the swimming pool and fall down. The next garden level is about 1.30 m below the pool level. A similar situation also exists in the entrance / parking area of the property.
During the months of January – April and October, only three bedrooms are available for 6 people, as the fourth (separate) bedroom is needed to store the numerous cushions of the outdoor furniture.
