Tennis courts, beaches and the popular beach restaurant “Maxime Plage” can be reached quickly on foot in approx. 1,200 – 1,300 m. The villa

The ground floor includes a living room with TV and access to the fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room with stairs to the upper floor, two bedrooms – 1 x double bed and 1 x twin bed – each with access to the garden, and a bathroom with vanity and large walk-in shower as well as a toilet. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with double bed, balcony and TV as well as a bathroom en suite with double-washbasin, bathtub and toilet.

In front of the living rooms and the kitchen is the terrace with dining table and grill and a few steps lead to the pool area, which is surrounded by a lawn. The pool, which can be heated against a fee, has a size of 8.50 x 4.50 m and a depth of 1.40 cm and can be accessed via comfortable stairs. If required, there is a pool alarm and a fixed tarpaulin for child protection. There are also six sun loungers, an attractive lounge seating area and a boules pitch.

The property has a size of approx. 2,000 m² and is completely closed. An electric gate leads onto a long sloping driveway leading to the car park and villa below street level. Two vehicles can be parked inside the property.
