The apartments “L’Arapède” are located in Les Issambres (closer to the centre of St. Aygulf) in a quiet location close to the beach. The nearest beach “Plage de la Corniche Azure” is 250 m away on foot. The nearest larger beach with a beach restaurant is the “Plage de la Gaillarde” 650 m away. The apartment
The apartment is located in a building with a total of three units, which was completely renovated in winter/spring 2023/2024. In addition to an extremely tasteful and lovingly designed interior, the renovation also includes the sanitary facilities, which are state-of-the-art.

5/5 stars – Stay in July 2026
Flat 1, one of the three flats in the complex, is modern, comfortable and very well located, just two minutes from the beach and with a lovely view of the sea. The two terraces are a real bonus. The interior is very cosy, the décor is lovely and the flat is fully equipped. We had an excellent stay in this flat. The sea view and the pool are the two main highlights of this tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped accommodation. The only downside is the water temperature in the pool, which is too high.

Lovely flat in a quiet location with a good view. Well-equipped and nicely furnished. The pool was perfect – not huge, but just the right size – and the temperature was ideal!
There are only a few restaurants within walking distance, but these were definitely worth a visit – Maiva (beach bar) and L’escale. You really do need a car to make the most of this place, as most of the places you can visit are between 10 and 30 minutes away.
Sandrine and Patrick met us on arrival and were very helpful. We didn’t have much of a common language, but Google Translate and a few smiles did the trick!
We really enjoyed the week!

We liked it very much. Good facilities (a few more pots would be great), very clean which is important to us. Car right next to the apartment (also very important for us) and the pool area is really nice. We had a lovely time.

Thank you very much for the tip. A really nice and above all spacious apartment with a facility where we did not miss anything. The view is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace. We liked the location and depending on how the wind was, you could even hear the waves from the sea in the evening. We really liked it and we will book again.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the apartment. It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our family.
The key holder was extremely friendly and helpful. When we had a small issue with the alarm, she responded immediately and solved it quickly.
We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

We had four lovely days in the apartment. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good and we did not use the pool. Everything was very well maintained and clean and we were very satisfied.
