Arcadia

Location

The Mazet “Arcadia” is located in a very beautiful Hammeau renovated in 2014 with only 15 units spread over several buildings. Surrounded by the unspoilt landscape of Provence, which is characterized by vineyards, cork oaks and pine trees, the Hammeau is in an absolute quiet location.

Centrally located, guests of the resort have access to a heated swimming pool measuring 12 x 4 m. Numerous sun loungers are of course available. Furthermore, a boules court and a table tennis can be used by the locals.

The seaside town of Sainte Maxime can be reached in about 20 minutes by car and the authentic Provencal town of Plan de la Tour with numerous nice restaurants and shopping facilities is about 9 km away.

The holiday home

The “Arcadia” mazet extends over two levels with a living area of approx. 84 m² for 6 persons (+1 child). On the ground floor there is a spacious living-/dining area with a sofa bed and an open completely equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.

In front of the living room a spacious terrace with appropriate dining table, three sun loungers and a parasol is available.

The first floor is divided into three bedrooms (2 x with TV and air conditioning) as well as two bathrooms (1 x en-suite) and another separate toilet.

Via an external spiral staircase you reach a spacious roof terrace, which is located over the entire floor area of the holiday home. Here you will find a cosy lounge seating group and you can enjoy a wonderful view over the countryside in a private atmosphere.

Next to the complex there is a large parking lot for numerous cars.

In summary, a wonderful place for a very relaxing holiday amidst wonderful nature and a good starting point for excursions in the hinterland of St. Tropez or the bustling coast.

On request (to be ordered and paid at the concierge on site): Baguette- and croissant service during the months of July and August.
