Location

The property is located at the exit of Sainte Maxime, not far from the Botanical Garden and the Tennis Club of Sainte Maxime, which also offers a wonderful sea view from the courts. The location is ideal, because the beach is easily accessible on foot in about 900 m. A popular beach restaurant called “Maxim Plage” is also only 1,000 metres away. The centre of Sainte Maxime with all the shops of daily needs and numerous restaurants can be reached in about 2,000 m quickly by car.

The villa

The property offers an attractively equipped living space for 10 persons on two levels. On the ground floor there is the living room with dining area, a completely newly equipped kitchen with pass-trough on the terrace as well as three bedrooms (2 x with double bed and 1 x with two single beds) as well as two bathrooms and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms (2 x with double beds) as well as two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

In the winter of 2020, the living space was expanded by a separate studio with two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom. This independent part of the house can be rented additionally, which means that the capacity is then increased to max. 14 persons.

The spacious outdoor areas of the villa offer numerous attractive seating areas and a summer kitchen. Centrally located is the spacious swimming pool with dimensions 12 x 6 m. A wonderful sea view completes this very attractive offer for a large family!

depending on the season (for up to 10 persons): 4.250 Euro – 7.550 Euro
incl. Studio (for up to 14 persons): + 1,100 Euro per week
weekly prices include electricity, water and internet access
