The holiday villa is located in a well-kept private domaine closed by a gate system in a quiet but nevertheless central location of Saint-Aygulf. The town centre with numerous restaurants, other shops, etc. can be reached quickly in about 3 minutes by car and a supermarket is only 250 m away on foot from the holiday home. The large beach of St. Aygulf can be reached in about 3.5 km distance – by car quickly and without traffic jams in about 6 minutes.

A highlight is also the private domaine in which the holiday home is located. This is characterized by a very large lake and a wonderfully natural environment in which you can go for a relaxed walk – even with the dog. Two very well-maintained tennis courts and a large petanque court are available to the residents, as well as a communal swimming pool with sun loungers.

Overall, a very nice residence also for families with children, as they can move freely within the Domaine and the additional features such as tennis courts and large communal pool can be used without restrictions.

The villa

The well-kept and air-conditioned holiday home with a living space of 160 m² is equipped for eight people and offers all desirable features for a relaxing holiday.

The entrance area with desk leads into the living area with dining ensemble, TV and open fireplace. Adjacent is the covered terrace with lounge seating area and a spacious dining table for eight people. The kitchen to the side of it offers the following features:

A staircase in the entrance area leads to the 1st floor with the following rooms:

There are two parking spaces in front of the house, further parking spaces are also available in the closed complex if needed. Access to the Domaine is via an electric gate and it is completely closed.
