The property is located in the hills of Les Issambres in a very quiet area on the outskirts of a very large green and natural area. There you can go for a walk or ride a bike with or without a dog. The centre of Les Issambres with its harbour (ferry to St. Tropez), shops for daily needs, beaches and restaurants can be reached in about 3.5 km in about 6-7 minutes by car.

 

The villa

The villa, which has just been completely renovated and has a living space of approx. 160 m², has been very elaborately redesigned in all aspects and equipped with modern technology. The living space for eight people, very tastefully designed in monochrome colours, is spread over two levels.

A staircase leads to the entrance area, which is located above the driveway and the carport. The spacious living/dining room is designed in a modern, contemporary design and offers high-quality and comfortable seating in sufficient numbers for both the living and dining areas, as well as a large flat-screen TV and an open fireplace.

The swimming pool, which is located to the side of the house and can be heated for a fee, is integrated into the terrace and has the dimensions 8 x 4 m – accessible via a pleasant corner staircase. In addition to a pool alarm, there is also an outdoor shower. For an extra charge, a jacuzzi can also be booked on request.

The enclosed property is surrounded by old trees in the neighboring gardens and has an area of 800 m². Within the property there are 2 parking spaces including a shaded carport available.

Beautiful villa – 4,8/5 stars

The villa is unique; you simply have to feel at home here. You feel comfortable as soon as you step inside. The interior is very tasteful and furnished with great attention to detail; we would have loved to stay here forever. Nothing is missing; everything you need is there. Everything is very clean, there is plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a great terrace with a superb sea view. The service provided by Ms Birgel was absolutely top-notch and uncomplicated. We would come back to this villa anytime, highly recommended! (stay August 2025)
