The villa
The air-conditioned and newly furnished villa offers a total living space of approx. 250 m² with a high level of living comfort for up to eight people. The first floor is divided into a very spacious and bright living/dining area with TV and numerous sliding windows to the terraces in front as well as to the pool area, a bedroom with bathroom en suite, a fully equipped kitchen in Provencal style with two adjacent covered terraces with lounge seating area and dining group with large gas BBQ. Another large outdoor dining table is also located next to the swimming pool.
The upper floor offers the following rooms: two almost equally equipped bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with tub and the spacious master bedroom with a large private terrace and an en suite shower room.
From almost all rooms you can enjoy a wonderful sea view!
The garden with a size of 1,200 m² is completely closed and offers an extremely beautiful, varied Mediterranean planting. Centrally located is the 10m x 4.5m free form swimming pool. This can be heated for a fee and is also equipped with a counter-current system. The high-quality garden furniture in teak should also be emphasized.

Dream house + dream weather = dream holiday – ★★★★★
We spent a wonderful holiday with 6 adults. The house is beautiful, very high quality equipped and the view of the sea great. Through the various terraces you can always retreat if you want to be alone.
The contact with the house agency was very friendly and uncomplicated. The lady responsible for handing over the keys on site was also very nice. In short: Everything is fine. (Stayed April 2025)
