The recently built holiday home is located in a new residential area with homogeneous equivalent villa development and not far from the centre of Plan-de-la-Tour. From this location you can reach the town centre with the necessary shops of daily needs and numerous restaurants about 1 km away. A large shopping centre is easily accessible by car in 6 km and the beaches of Sainte Maxime can be reached in about 15 minutes.
The villa
The air-conditioned holiday home offers a living area of approx. 130 m2 on two levels with a tasteful equipment for six persons. The spacious living-dining area with TV is complemented by an open and very well equipped modern kitchen with bar area as well as a guest toilet. The upper floor offers three attractively equipped bedrooms (2 x with double bed and 1 x with two single beds) as well as two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
In front of the living rooms there is a spacious covered terrace which is equipped with a small seating group as well as a corresponding dining ensemble made of teak and a BBQ. The garden, which is partially graveled and covered with an artificial lawn in the pool area, also offers a private swimming pool measuring 5.30 x 3 m (heated for a fee) and four sun loungers for a relaxing time by the pool.
The property is completely closed and next to the garage there is another parking space within the property.
Conclusion: a very nice cottage with all desirable amenities at a good price!

Now, unfortunately, our vacation is coming to an end and I just wanted to give you a quick shout that we really enjoyed our stay in the house.
It is really a beautiful, well-maintained cottage where we felt very comfortable. The hit with the high temperatures was, of course, the air conditioning.
Great is also the property manager Stéphanie, which we already at our last stay with advice and assistance. So, once again, thank you very much, it was great!
Modern, very well equipped house. Fully air-conditioned. Very nice and high quality interior. WLAN really top! On-site assistance in English or French.
Can highly recommend this house!!! Unfortunately, the garden is not green enough.

The equipment of the villa is super, the kitchen lacks nothing. There is also a wide range of shopping facilities nearby. The only drawback when vacationing with a dog is the lack of green spaces in the immediate vicinity of the villa. We always had to drive our dog a bit because he doesn’t do anything on asphalt. But for trips to St Tropez, Nice, Cannes, the villa is perfectly located, also gibts beautiful beaches after 15min drive. We’re happy to come back. (stay April 2022)
