A separate guest toilet is also available.
The garden floor offers two more beautiful bedrooms with sea views each with access to the garden and pool area. The large “family room” is equipped with two double beds (dimensions: 160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm), the second bedroom on this level with a double bed (dimensions: 160 x 200 cm). Two beautiful shower rooms and a separate toilet complete this living area.
An external access leads to a separate air-conditioned studio with beautiful transom glazing which offers another attractive bedroom with double bed (dimensions 160 x 200 cm) and a very nice shower room with double washbasin and separate toilet.
The very large plot of approx. 3,000 m² is varied mediterranean planted and offers a lot of privacy. The centrally located swimming pool is surrounded by spacious terrace areas and there are high-quality sun loungers available here. The heated pool with a size of 5 x 10 m is operated via a salt water electrolysis system, ie without chemical additives. The water therefore has a slight salt taste (approx. 1/11 compared to sea water) and is very skin-friendly. An outdoor shower and a basketball basket complete the offer.
Two vehicles can be parked on the property.
Peculiarity:
For this property, the pool heating can be booked for a fee in the winter months. This is a special feature as this is not offered for other properties from November to April – price on request!

Feel-good holiday for man and dog
Fantastic view, great pool, absolute feel-good atmosphere throughout the house. Everything new and very clean. Very quiet location. Perfect to let your soul dangle. We had e-bikes with us and were in a few minutes on the beach bez. Baker/Spar Market. Uncomplicated processing. The kitchen would still be expandable. The fridge for 6 people a bit small. The villa “Joie de vivre” is furnished exactly to our taste and we liked it wonderfully.
In the reservation and equipment everything was thought of and the decoration is lovingly implemented down to the last detail.
