Location
The villa is located in a quiet residential area about 2,500 m from the beach of Port Grimaud. From this location, Grimaud-Village is a few minutes’ drive away, as well as numerous restaurants and the nearest baker (about 1,500 m).
The villa
Designed with modern and clean lines, the villa meets the taste of the times in all respects and offers high living comfort with its tasteful furnishing for max. six adults and two children.
The air-conditioned living area of approx. 160 m2 is spread over the main house as well as a “pool house” with separate access, which is located in the immediate vicinity to the master bedroom.
The spacious living-/dining area is very tastefully furnished and offers generous window areas on both the east and west sides. A high-quality Kawai CA99 hybrid piano can be used by tenants for a fee. The adjoining, open-plan kitchen is modern and very high quality equipped with all desirable features. The terrace in front of the living room offers a large dining table and an outdoor seating area.
The master bedroom is characterized by two large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a beautiful view to the garden and swimming-pool. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a spacious washbasin, bathtub, shower and toilet. Two other bedrooms of almost the same size are located in the opposite wing of the villa – these two bedrooms share a bathroom with a washbasin and large shower (WC separately).
The independent “pool house” is equipped with a narrow double bed and a small bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. This part of the property is only intended for two smaller children or one adult.
The attractively planted garden with a very high-quality artificial lawn offers a beautiful view of the almost undeveloped hills of the surrounding area up to the ruin of Grimaud. The west orientation also means that you can enjoy the evening sun. The 8 x 2.20 m long swimming pool (heatable) with teak edging is centrally located. A corresponding number of sun beds is of course available.
Attractive light and shadow effects result from the lamination pergola’s installed in west and east orientation, which are complemented by an electrical central slat shutter system.
Conclusion: a very stylish smaller property with a high feel-good character in a location close to the beach!

We (family of 4 with dog) spent a wonderful time at this place. Great house, high end accessories – we did not miss a thing and felt right at home from the first minute. Places like (Port) Grimaud, St. Tropez, Ste. Maxime, Cogolin, Gassin… are minutes away by car (traffic permitting) but also essily accessible by bike. Great base for day trips to Aix, Marseilles, Grasse, Cannes, Nice, etc. (stay April 2025)
