A curved staircase leads to the 1st floor with a further two bedrooms as follows:
– spacious master bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm with large window front to a terrace in front with beautiful sea views
– en suite shower room with WC
– bedroom with sea view and double bed 140 x 200 cm and washbasin
In front of the living areas is a spacious terrace with sea views, a large stone dining table, another dining ensemble under a shady pergola and a gas BBQ. A few steps down you reach the pool area with eight sun loungers, outdoor shower, a very nice lounge seating area and an approx. 11 x 4 m free form swimming pool.
The plot of 2,000 m² offers a typical planting of the country and access is through an electric gate. Two to three cars can be parked within the property.
