The villa
The approx. 185 m² air-conditioned villa offers contemporary living comfort for up to eight people on two levels.
The recently renovated living space of the villa is divided into a spacious living room with beautiful sea views and adjoining dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator etc., – these rooms all have access to the terrace in front. Furthermore, there are three bedrooms (two with access to the terrace) and two bathrooms (one with washing machine) as well as a guest toilet on this level. On the 1st floor is the spacious master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. The bed dimensions are 160 x 200 cm or 180 x 200 cm (with two separate mattresses, so that single beds can also be used on request).
The terrace area, equipped with an awning, offers an attractive dining ensemble and a beautiful view of the undeveloped area on the right up to the sea. A few steps down is the pool area with the heatable free-form swimming pool and attractive teak sun loungers. A Weber gas grill is also available for relaxed barbecue evenings after a day at the beach.
The property is closed and provided with an electric entrance gate. Three to four cars can be parked inside the property and the sea view is bigger than it appears in the pictures.
