The villa
The approx. 185 m² and air-conditioned villa offers contemporary living comfort for up to eight people on two levels.
The recently renovated living space of the villa is divided into a spacious living room with beautiful sea views and adjoining dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, various small electrical appliances and a beautiful white natural stone worktop, – these rooms all have access to the terrace in front. Furthermore, on this level there are three bedrooms (two with access to the terrace, 1 x with TV) and two newly renovated shower rooms (1 x with washing machine) as well as a guest toilet.
On the 1st floor is the spacious master bedroom with sea views, TV and adjoining bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet. Here, too, the bathroom has just been renovated and the photos still lack the glass shower wall, which will be installed at short notice. The bed dimensions are 160 x 200 cm or 180 x 200 cm (with two separate mattresses, so that single beds can also be used on request).
The terrace area, equipped with an awning, offers an attractive dining ensemble and an exceptionally beautiful view of the undeveloped surroundings to the right all the way to the sea. A few steps down is the pool area with the heated swimming pool in free form and attractive teak sun loungers. Another dining ensemble and two large cantilever parasols as well as a boules court to the side of the villa round off the outdoor offer. For relaxed barbecue evenings after a day at the beach, a Weber gas grill is also available.
The plot is closed and provided with an electric entrance gate. Three to four vehicles can be parked within the property, two of them under a shaded carport. The sea view is really very nice and bigger than it appears in the pictures.
All in all, a very well-kept property with attractive facilities, a very nice sea view in a really quiet location!
