The holiday villa is located on the outskirts of Plan-de-la-Tour, a small, very authentic village in the hinterland of Sainte-Maxime. Characterized by the unspoiled Provencal landscape with many vineyards, this is a popular place to live for numerous celebrities as well as for all those who are looking for peace and quiet not far from the bustling coast. In the village itself you will find numerous restaurants and of course shopping facilities for daily needs.

A large shopping centre, an Aqualand (in the months of high season), a riding stable, high ropes course, fitness centre, etc. can be reached in 6 km via an excellently developed country road. The beaches of Sainte-Maxime are about 10 km away and can be reached in about 12 minutes by car without traffic jams.

The village center can be reached quickly in a few steps and you can definitely leave the car for the evening restaurant visit.

The villa

The holiday home is part of a semi-detached house completed in 2024, for which a shared swimming pool is available. Each half of the house has its own terrace with a corresponding dining ensemble as well as parasol and gas BBQ. There is a privacy screen to the swimming pool.

The ” Laurier Rose” half of the house offers a modern and tastefully furnished living space of approx. 85 m² for up to six people – ideally four adults and two children. The colour scheme corresponds to the taste of the time in all respects and both the kitchen and the equipment of the bathrooms should leave nothing to be desired.

The ground floor comprises a spacious and very bright living-dining area with a very attractively designed open kitchen with a central block. This is equipped with the following features:
– induction hob with extractor hood
– dishwasher
– microwave
– fridge-freezer combination
– Nespresso coffee machine
– toaster, kettle etc.

The air-conditioned living area with Smart TV (TV apps pre-installed) opens via a wide patio door to the front covered terrace with dining ensemble and gas BBQ. Furthermore, the guest toilet is located on this level.

A staircase in the entrance area leads to the 1st floor with the following rooms:
– bedroom (1) with double bed 160 x 200 cm with shower room en suite
– bedroom (2) with two single beds 90 x 200 cm
– children’s room (3) with loft bed 2 x 90 x 200 cm
– spacious bathroom with washbasin, shower and towel dryer
– separate toilet

The outdoor areas of the holiday home are shared with the adjacent “Villa Bambou”. These include the pool area with heated swimming pool of 7 x 3 m, sun loungers and parasols.

Numerous parking spaces are available in the public car park next to the property, which is delimited by appropriate privacy protection and the beautiful planting of Laurier Rose bushes.

Note: there is currently a construction project in Rue Cardenille, which is not far from the holiday homes. In this respect, possible noise pollution cannot be ruled out in the months of the low season. In the months of the high season, there is usually a construction freeze in the region or noisy work may not be carried out.

In the months of the low season (24 April – 04 July and 05 September – 24 October) a rental of min. 4 days is also possible. The arrival and departure days can be chosen freely. Please ask for a quote for a short term stay.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed here out of consideration for the tenants of the 2nd semi-detached house. In the event that both houses are rented by a travel group/family, an exception to this regulation can be made after consultation. In this case, we ask for consultation – fees 20 euros per day.

The holiday homes have been awarded a 4-star category by the “Office de Tourisme Golf de St. Tropez”!
