The villa is located in the hills of Les Issambres in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic not far from the center and all desirable amenities.
The center of Les Issambres can be reached in about three minutes by car. A Spar supermarket, restaurants, beaches and the port of Les Issambres with the ferry connection to St. Tropez are about 1,200 m away (about 7-8 minutes via a small footpath). Stores for daily needs can be reached in approx. 2,000 m distance.
The resort of Les Issambres offers numerous beaches and the distance to the beaches of “La Nartelle” with some very popular beach restaurants is only about 3.5 km.
The villa
The renovated villa “Les Anthémis” comprises an extremely tasteful and lovingly designed living space of approx. 160 m² on three levels for up to ten people.
The living level offers a very attractive living/dining room with TV, open fireplace and access to two terraces located on the right and left sides.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, large fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. From the kitchen you also have access to the front terrace.

A staircase in the entrance area leads to the 1st floor with another bedroom (2) with double bed (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning and a private small terrace. Architecturally attractive is the design of the associated shower bath and toilet.

The villa offers two very nice terrace areas which are equipped with attractive furniture. There is also an elaborate summer kitchen with refrigerator and plancha at the large dining table on the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
A few steps lead from the covered terrace to the pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool has the dimensions 7 x 3 m with a depth of approx, 1.60 m. This can be heated for a fee and can be closed via an electric tarp.
The plot has a size of about 1,500 m and is completely closed. Access is through an electric gate and three vehicles can be parked inside the property.
