The villa
The 130 m² villa is in mint condition after an extensive renovation and offers high living comfort for up to 6 people. The furnishings are tasteful and in friendly colors and very complete in all respects.
The living space is divided into a spacious living-/dining room with sea views as well as an adjoining open and fully equipped modern kitchen with all desirable comforts.
The spacious master bedroom is very attractively furnished and offers a sea view, a 180 x 200 cm double bed and access to the front terrace. In addition, there are: two more bedrooms – one with shower room and toilet en suite – with double beds of 160 x 200 cm, a fully equipped bathroom with double washbasin, large shower, bathtub and toilet and a separate guest toilet. The bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning.
In front of the living and dining area is a large terrace with a dining set, a nicely designed seating area, a smaller lounge seating area and a very comfortable hanging chair. From all these places you can enjoy the wonderful sea view.
Integrated into the terrace is a smaller swimming pool in free form which is accessible via a convenient staircase in one corner. Six sun loungers as well as a large traffic light umbrella are also available for relaxing hours by the pool.
CONCLUSIONS: a very nice small property with high living comfort, wonderful sea views in a good and quiet location!

First of all, we would like to thank you for the lovely stay we spent at Villa Maddalena in Les Issambres, everything was perfect.

The cottage is really a little pearl. We felt very comfortable and the sea view is even more beautiful than in the photos. Nothing is missing except maybe a vacuum cleaner, but otherwise everything is there and there were even nice dishes. We had a great vacation and are already looking forward to next year – thanks for the tip. (stay August 2022).

Les villas “Maddalena”(du 1 au 8/8) et “Clairette” (du 9 au 15/8) étaient superbes !
