The villa
The 130 m² villa is in mint condition after extensive renovation and offers a high level of living comfort for up to 6 people. The furnishings are tasteful and kept in friendly colours and are very complete in all respects.
The living space is distributed in a spacious living/dining room with sea views and an adjoining open and fully equipped modern kitchen with all desirable comforts.
The spacious master bedroom is very attractively equipped and offers a sea view, a 180 x 200 cm double bed and access to the terrace in front. There are also two further bedrooms – one with shower room and toilet en suite – with double beds of 160 x 200 cm, a fully equipped bathroom with double washbasin, large shower, bathtub and toilet as well as a separate guest toilet. The bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning.
In front of the living and dining area is a large terrace with a dining area, a nicely designed seating area, a smaller lounge seating area and an extremely comfortable hanging chair. From all these places you can enjoy the wonderful sea view.
Integrated into the terrace is a smaller free-form swimming pool, which can be accessed via a comfortable staircase in one corner. Six sun loungers and a large cantilever parasol are also available for relaxing hours by the pool.
CONCLUSION:
a very nice small property with high living comfort, wonderful sea view in good and quiet location!

The cottage is really a little pearl. We felt very comfortable and the sea view is even more beautiful than in the photos. Nothing is missing, except maybe a vacuum cleaner, but otherwise everything is available and there were even nice dishes. We had a nice holiday and are already looking forward to next year – thanks for the tip. (Stay August 2022).
