The property is located in one of the most sought-after locations in La Croix-Valmer directly opposite the Gigaro beach. Several beach restaurants are within a few steps and at the end of the street with a turning hammer (no through traffic) is one of the most popular beach restaurants in the region, the “Lily of the Valley”. In the months of the season, you can also reach a Spar supermarket with all your daily needs within walking distance.

 

The villa

From this level you can also build the pool area.

Basement
The basement offers a further four bedrooms and three bathrooms as follows:

The pool area is sheltered from the wind behind the house and is sunlit almost all day. The dimensions of the heated pool are 7 x 4 m with a depth of up to 1.90 cm. An electric tarpaulin, six sun loungers and umbrellas are available. There is also a solar outdoor shower on the staircase to the villa to remove the salt water and sand from the beach.

The terrace in front of the living room with a spectacular panoramic sea view is equipped with a dining ensemble, deck chairs and a large cantilever parasol.

The hillside plot covers an area of 1,200 m² and access to the villa is from the parking area via a longer staircase.

An electric gate closes the property and two to three vehicles can be parked within the property.
