Not far from the beaches of Sainte-Maxime in “La Nartelle” and the town center, “Villa Riviera Greens” is located in the prestigious Domaine du Golf with high quality villa development in a very well-kept environment without through traffic. The Domaine is closed at night by a gate and the distance to the beach as well as to the center of Sainte-Maxime with numerous shopping possibilities, restaurants, bistros, the ferry to St. Tropez etc. is only about 3.5 km.

 

The villa

The villa is located on a very well-kept plot of approx. 1,820 m² and access is via an electric gate. Two to three cars can be parked within the property.

The living space of approx. 220 m² is distributed over three levels and has been awarded a 5-star category by the “Office de Tourisme” – high living comfort is thus guaranteed in all respects.

The living level includes a spacious and bright double living room with fireplace which gives access to the terrace through large sliding windows and offers a wonderful sea view. This area also provides access to the modern and very attractively designed kitchen with over-height ceiling and all desirable modern features in high quality equipment with Miele appliances. In detail, there is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, food processor, speaker system. In this area, as well as on the front terrace with electric awning, there are two large dining ensembles for 8 – 10 people.

Also on this level are three recently remodeled, attractive bedrooms with very attractive en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have sea view and access to the terrace, another one has access to the garden area.

Via the entrance hall with guest toilet you reach the 1st floor with another living area with TV (pre-installed Apple TV), a small office located above the kitchen area on the gallery and the master bedroom with private balcony with panoramic views, dressing and bathroom en suite with bath, shower and separate toilet.

The 5th bedroom can be found on the garden level. This one also has its own shower room as well as a small private terrace with a teak ensemble. Adjacent here you will find a large game room with table football, ping pong table and stepper, as well as the utility room with two washers and dryers each, another refrigerator/freezer and a wine fridge.

The swimming pool, which is centrally located in front of the villa and can be heated for a fee, measures 11 x 5 m and this can be closed by means of an electric tarpaulin. The access is through a pleasant staircase and it is operated through a salt water electrolysis system, that is, without chemical additives. The water therefore has a slight salt taste (approx. 1/11 compared to sea water) and is very skin-friendly.

An appropriate number of sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower, are of course available.

Also from the pool area you can enjoy a wonderful sea view without any disturbing influences.
