Not far from the beaches of Sainte-Maxime in “La Nartelle” and the town center, “Villa Riviera Greens” is located in the prestigious Domaine du Golf with high quality villa development in a very well-kept environment without through traffic. The villa
The villa is located on a very well-kept plot of approx. 1,820 m² and access is via an electric gate. Two to three cars can be parked within the property.

The living level includes a spacious and bright double living room with fireplace which gives access to the terrace through large sliding windows and offers a wonderful sea view. The 5th bedroom can be found on the garden level. This one also has its own shower room as well as a small private terrace with a teak ensemble. The swimming pool, which is centrally located in front of the villa and can be heated for a fee, measures 11 x 5 m and this can be closed by means of an electric tarpaulin. The access is through a pleasant staircase and it is operated through a salt water electrolysis system, that is, without chemical additives. The water therefore has a slight salt taste (approx. 1/11 compared to sea water) and is very skin-friendly.
An appropriate number of sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower, are of course available.
