The town-house is located in a central residential area of Plan-de-la-Tour, a very pretty and authentic place not far from the coast. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes and numerous vineyards, you will find all the conditions for a relaxing holiday in a Provencal atmosphere, not far from the coastal hustle and bustle. Good restaurants and shops for daily needs can be reached in about 250 – 500 m comfortably on foot. So you can leave the car for the evening restaurant visit. The beaches of Sainte Maxime, a wide range of restaurants, the regular ferry to St. Tropez can be reached in about 12 minutes by car.
The townhouse
The recently completely renovated and air-conditioned townhouse offers a very tasteful equipped living space of approx. 100 m² on three levels. The ground floor includes the attractively designed living level with TV and open, modern and complete equipped kitchen with cooking island and dining area. the 1st floor offers two bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite (vanity and shower) as well as TV and a separate toilet. In 2nd floor you will find the 3rd bedroom also with bathroom en suite (bath, shower and vanity), separate toilet and a roof terrace with sitting area and beautiful views.
The window in the living room goes to the courtyard without public access – here is also the entrance door to the house. Another floor-to-ceiling French door with barred leads to a small side street. All windows or French doors are fitted with mirror glass, i.e. there is no view from the outside to the inside.
Numerous free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.
Conclusion:
top renovated townhouse in walking distance to shops and restaurants – the ideal location even for the months of low season!
