Location The property is located on the outskirts of Sainte Maxime, not far from the botanical gardens and the Sainte Maxime tennis club, which also offers wonderful sea views from the courts. The location is ideal, because the beach is easily accessible on foot in about 900 m. A popular beach restaurant called “Maxim Plage” is also only 1,000 metres away. The center of Sainte Maxime with all stores for daily needs and numerous restaurants can be reached quickly by car in approx. 2,000 m.

The villa The property offers an attractively furnished living space for 10 people on two levels. On the ground floor there is the living room with dining area, a completely newly equipped kitchen with pass-trough on the terrace as well as three bedrooms (2 x with double bed and 1 x with two single beds) as well as two bathrooms and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms (2 x with double beds) as well as two bathrooms and a separate toilet. In the winter of 2020, the living space was expanded by a separate studio with two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom. This independent part of the house can be rented additionally, which means that the capacity is then increased to max. 14 persons. The spacious outdoor areas of the villa offer numerous attractive seating areas and a summer kitchen. The spacious swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 m is centrally located. A wonderful sea view rounds off this very attractive offer for a large family!

Weekly prices depending on the season (for up to 10 people): 4,250 Euro – 7,550 Euro incl. Studio (for up to 14 persons): + 1,100 euros per week the weekly prices include electricity, water and internet access
