The modern villa is located in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the “Beauvallon” golf course and the adjoining tennis club. The distance to the nearest beach – the small, not very busy sandy beach “Plage du Vieux Moulin” – is only 1,400 m. The lagoon town of Port Grimaud with further beaches, numerous restaurants and regular ferry services can be reached in approx. 4 km, the main attraction of the St. Tropez region is approx. 9.5 km away and the beaches of Pampelonne are 14 km away.

In the opposite direction is the largest town in the Gulf of St. Tropez, Sainte-Maxime with approx. 14,000 inhabitants, a large number of restaurants, bistros, weekly markets, casino, cinema and sports complex as well as a ferry to St. Tropez that also runs regularly.

The villa
