The terrace area in front of the living rooms with sea views extends over the entire width of the villa and offers open and covered areas. The terrace area in front of the living room will soon be provided with a sun sail. The garden furniture is just as high quality as the furniture inside the villa and in addition to a lounge seating area, there is a large dining table for 10 people, numerous sun loungers, fat boys and a large gas BBQ.
The heated swimming pool with dimensions of 12 x 4 m, surrounded on the sides by a high-quality artificial turf, can be accessed via a pleasant staircase, can be closed with an electric tarpaulin and is equipped with a pool alarm. In summer, this is operated via a saltwater electrolysis system, i.e. without chemical additives. The water therefore has a slight salt taste (approx. 1/11 compared to sea water) and is very skin-friendly. An outdoor shower (cold and hot water) is also available.
In addition, special mosquito repellent systems (pheromone traps) have been installed in the outdoor area. This is a method of repelling mosquitoes that releases pheromones (messenger substances) that lure the mosquitoes into the trap to catch and fight them. This method is effective and environmentally friendly because it does not use chemical pesticides.
The enclosed plot has an area of 1,400 m² and offers a varied Mediterranean planting and an extraordinary variety of palm trees. At the back of the villa there is a petanque court with attractive lighting and seating.
The access area offers parking for three vehicles and a garage for a further two vehicles including a charging station (included in the rental price) is also available to guests.
From numerous perspectives you can enjoy a beautiful sea view, which is greater than it appears in the photos! The property will be rented out for the first time with the 2025 season.

Absolutely fantastic holiday villa – a holiday that leaves nothing to be desired!
We spent the Easter holidays with our children at Villa Palmera in Sainte-Maxime and can fully recommend this beautiful holiday home. As soon as we arrived, we were thrilled – the villa is not only extremely tastefully furnished, but also equipped to a high standard and thought out down to the smallest detail.
You can immediately tell that a lot of heart and soul, attention to detail and personal commitment have been invested in the design and equipment. Nothing is really missing. The rooms are spacious, stylish and at the same time cozy, so that you feel at home from the first moment. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and meets a very high standard.
We were also particularly impressed by the excellent location. The villa offers the perfect starting point to explore Sainte-Maxime and the beautiful Côte d’Azur, but at the same time enough peace and privacy to enjoy relaxing holidays with the family.
Our children felt just as comfortable as we did, and the entire organization about Azur Rental and Mrs. Vera Birgel was absolutely professional, friendly and uncomplicated.
We have rarely experienced a holiday accommodation that is so coherent, well-maintained and of such high quality. Villa Palmera has played a major role in making our holiday an unforgettable time.

TOP in all respects
We spent a wonderful week in the “Villa Palmier”. The equipment is really very high quality and the refined materials and the tasteful design inspired. All the rooms are super nice and we had a hard time deciding who would take which bedroom. In any case, we were completely satisfied and there is really nothing we would have liked to have had otherwise, except maybe a little more sea view, but we are very spoiled there. But of course the location was 1a and you were immediately on the beach or in our favorite restaurant “Petit Galets”. We will definitely be back!! (Stayed April 2026)
