The villa

Built in 2015, the villa (photos Le Vigne I: No. 2-34) offers modern living comfort for 6 to 8 persons on two levels. The living space is divided into a spacious living-/dining area with adjoining open, fully equipped kitchen and access to free and covered terrace areas as well as the pool area. On this level there is also a spacious bedroom with bathroom en-suite, a guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The first floor consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Another bedroom with bathroom and a separate access is located in the side wing of the villa. This expansion to a capacity of up to 8 persons can be booked for a fee.

The beautifully landscaped garden offers an unobstructed view to the landscape and the adjacent vineyards without any disturbing influences. The pool measures 8 x 4 m and numerous sun loungers invite you to relax. A boules court is also available for further sporting activities.

Special feature:

Right next to the villa there is a mirror-like property “Le Vigne II” (photos No. 35-43 – interior almost identical to “Le Vigne I”) – both villas can also be rented together, so that a capacity of up to 16 people is created!

Weekly rates

depending on the season: 1,889 euros – 2,949 euros for occupancy with 6 persons (+ 180 euros per week for occupancy with 8 persons)
