The duplex apartment/townhouse is located on the promenade of Sainte Maxime directly opposite to the Boule Area. From here you can walk to all amenities such as restaurants, bistros, weekly markets, bakers, the ferry to St. Tropez and a large sandy beach in less than 100 m.

The air-conditioned living area of approx. 80 m2 is luxuriously and attractively equipped for up to four people. A spacious living-dining area with two floor-to-ceiling windows leads to a balcony overlooking the promenade and Boule Square. The open designed kitchen was installed in 2019 and is equipped with all comfort.

On the 2nd floor there are two attractive bedrooms with double beds (new mattresses) and TV. The master bedroom also has two floor-to-ceiling windows and sea views.

A tastefully designed shower room with floor-level shower, washbasin and toilet is also located on this level.
