The “Ambassador” property is located in a small side street in the quiet hills of Les Issambres. The distance to the village center “San Peire” of Les Issambres is approx. 2,700 m. There you will find all stores for daily needs, two supermarkets, numerous restaurants and bistros as well as several beach sections with beach restaurants that also offer sun loungers and parasols. From the port of Les Issambres there is a regular ferry service to St, Tropez, highly recommended if you want to avoid the traffic jams on the coast road. The nearest small beach “Calanque de Tardieu” is within walking distance of approx. 800 m from the property.
The villa
The deluxe villa in modern Bauhaus style was completely renovated, extended and restored to as-new condition in 2022. It offers a fantastic panoramic sea view from all levels and comprises a total living space of 280 m² on three levels (including a separate studio) with very high-quality furnishings in keeping with contemporary tastes for up to 12 people.
The extremely spacious living area of approx. 100 m² is decorated in bright colors and opens onto a terrace with a beautiful sea view. In addition to two seating areas and a dining ensemble, this area also features an open kitchen equipped with all desirable comforts including a free-standing cooking island with vapor extractor, oven/microwave at eye level, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nepresso and Senseo coffee machines, etc.
TV with international channels, DVD player, hi-fi system, fireplace and a very large wine fridge in the dining area are additional features.
The terrace in front of the living area covers an area of approx. 80 m² and is equipped with a large dining set with parasol as well as other outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.
The villa also offers five bright and very attractively furnished bedrooms – all with TV and some with beautiful sea views – each with its own shower or bath in an attractive design.
The villa also has a separate studio on a lower level, also with a sea view and measuring 26 m², with a bedroom, shower room and a kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine.
The swimming pool with overflow technology, measuring 11 x 3 m, is integrated into another, slightly lower terrace area. This can be heated for a fee and can be closed with an electric tarpaulin. A corresponding number of sun loungers and parasols are of course available and you can also enjoy the wonderful sea view from this area.
Another highlight of this deluxe property is an additional jacuzzi with panoramic sea views on a separate terrace on the bedroom level – accessible via a bedroom or via an external staircase to the side.
The enclosed plot on a slope with an area of approx. 1,100 m² is accessed via an electric access gate and three vehicles can be parked inside the property.

Stay end of March/beginning of April 2024
Our large family spent a wonderful Easter vacation at Villa Ambassador. From the friendly welcome to the fabulous sea view, the high-tech fireplace and the large living/dining room, everything was just right for us.
A highlight is of course the Jacuzzi with a fabulous panoramic sea view and the infinity pool. We made good use of both.
The living-dining room with its large window front was a meeting place for everyone and was always full of people. We were able to enjoy the wonderful sea view from the sofa even on bad weather days. The kitchen is well equipped, so cooking was also fun.
The on-site support was exceptionally good. We received an answer to minor problems within minutes.
We really enjoyed our dream vacation in this luxurious property and had a great break from everyday life. Villa Ambassador is a wonderful vacation home where we felt completely at home. (translation from German)
