Location
The property is located in a very quiet location of Les Issambres in a quiet residential area with no through traffic and only about 2.5 km from the center and the large beaches of St. Aygulf. A small bay with a sandy beach, restaurants and a small supermarket in the summer months can be reached on foot in about 400 m – 500 m.
The next larger town of Saint-Agulf offers all shops for daily needs, numerous restaurants, a weekly market and the largest beach sections in the region – next to the Pampelonne beaches in Ramatuelle.
From this location you can reach the centre of Les Issambres with the regular ferry to St. Tropez at a distance of 6 km.
The villa

Also via an access from the living area, a few steps lead to another smaller, slightly lower bedroom, which is equipped for children. This includes a double bed measuring 140 x 180 cm and a loft bed – which is only suitable for children aged 7 and over.
The outdoor areas of the villa are extremely attractively laid out and offer a varied Mediterranean planting. The free-form swimming pool is easily accessible via a wide staircase and is equipped with an overflow technology. On request and for a fee, it can also be heated. At the end of the pool, a very beautiful sea view opens up and six comfortable sun loungers are available to guests next to an outdoor shower. The covered terrace in front of the living room and kitchen also offers a corresponding dining ensemble.
The secluded property is completely closed and two vehicles can be parked on the property. To the side of the villa there is also a shady boules court for sporting activities.
