This attractive semi-detached house with two almost equivalent units is located at the entrance of Les Issambres to the border to Sainte Maxime. All amenities such as beaches, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance – a location rarely found in the region. In addition, the regular ferry in the port “San Peire” is available for a visit to St. Tropez.
The property
The property consists of two separate units with approx. 125 and 135 m² of living space. Each villa is comfortably equipped for six people. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms each, upstairs a spacious living/dining area, a guest toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen and corresponding terraces with sea views.
Dining ensembles and sun loungers are available on the terraces and in the private garden parts.
An attractive pool area is available for use by both semi-detached houses and another unit (of the same owner) slightly above the property. Use by the tenants of the other unit is only spontaneous and not frequent, and there tends not to be any other use of the pool area
Since both villas are completely self-sufficient and have separate entrances and outdoor areas without visual contact, only one villa or the entire property with a total living space of approx. 260 m² can be rented for up to 12 persons.

Very well equipped and well-kept holiday home with a beautiful view of the sea. Although we were there in the high season, it was very quiet. Virtually no insight from the adjacent grunts possible. Only additional shading possibilities, such as other umbrellas, sun sails or awnings would have made the holiday even more pleasant this season. We highly recommend this object. (4.5/5 stars)
We stayed at Villa Palmier, a wonderful vacation home that lacks nothing. Everything is clean and well maintained and works well. The pool is very nice and well maintained. There are numerous terraces and opportunities to relax. The location is perfect, not far from the beach and water sports. Supermarket shopping can also be done within walking distance. From there you can make very nice excursions, e.g. St. Tropez can be reached by ferry in about 20 minutes. All in all we had a very nice family vacation! (5/5 stars)
The villa with the wooden shutters, boules court etc. on a well-kept and lovingly planted area radiates a special, Mediterranean flair. The location offers everything car-free: shopping, beach and market walk, restaurant visit and bateau trip to St. Tropez. Directly at the center of the village and westward are beautiful, relatively long sandy beaches. Fine beach clubs can also be found there. Eastward lies rocky coast. There you can really find a stretch of beach to yourself. Between the coastal road and the sea there is a tennis club, where tennis courts (hard and even a grass court) and a football field can be played for a moderate price. Les Issambres is – compared to the larger neighboring communities – rather village-like and even in high season not at all crowded. (5/5 stars)
We had a very nice time at Villa Aquilon. The house is clean and well maintained, the equipment is extensive and the pool rounded off the holiday. We found everything we needed.
The location is very central, shopping and beach are within walking distance.

We enjoyed this House very much, especially taking into account the very fair price. The furnishing is functional and tasteful, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and extensive crockery, glasses and cutlery. House, garden and pool area are very clean and well maintained. The walking distance to the beach and shopping facilities are also worth mentioning, as well as the beautiful sea view from the balcony. All in all, we can definitely recommend this house! Beautiful clean property, very spacious. Good care for minor problems (failure of air conditioning, no hot water, failure of wi-fi), immediate solution.Super pool and sea view. Very centrally located, but a bit noisy due to the road location.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were able to relax really because of the peace and quiet there.
