La Bastide

The property is located at the exit of the village next to the road to La Garde Freinet and within walking distance to the medieval and very beautiful city centre of Grimaud. From this location you can reach La Garde-Freinet, also a very nice medieval village and Port-Grimaud with large beaches in a few minutes drive. The beaches of St. Tropez are also accessible via the streets of the hinterland without congestion via scenic roads.

Built in authentic and classic “Bastide-style”, the villa offers a comfortable living area of approx. 250 m2 on two levels for up to 10 persons.

The villa is very generously designed, offers bright rooms and is an ideal place for a large family or several couples. All floors are covered with travertine floors and the bathrooms are lined with old marble tiles in classic and clear colours.

Five attractive bedrooms (each with en suite private bathroom) with air conditioning are located on the upper level. The living/dining area on pool-garden level is extremely spacious and offers tasteful furnishings with numerous seating areas, a TV area with high-quality HiFi system and a desk with printer. The adjoining beautifully designed and very bright kitchen offers access to the covered terrace with dining ensemble as well as BBQ. There is also a separate toilet with shower facilities and a utility room with additional storage facilities and washing machine and dryer on this living level. All rooms are tastefully decorated in bright colours.

The exceptionally large pool (heatable) with a length of 15 m and a width of 4.50 m is located some steps lower in front of the living- and dining room. An appropriate number of sun loungers and parasols are of course available and the panoramic landscape view is free of any disturbing influences.
