The spacious terrace in front of the living rooms with a sea view is equipped with attractive furniture. The equipment here includes a lounge seating area as well as a spacious dining ensemble and a gas BBQ on the covered terrace in front of the kitchen.
A staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are three more attractively furnished bedrooms. These are each equipped with their own modern shower room with toilet. The middle of the bedrooms also has a small balcony with sea views.
The very attractively designed pool area is also equipped with attractive, high-quality garden furniture. Here you will find numerous sun loungers, day-beds, parasols and a beautiful pool house. The heated swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4 m, is easily accessible via a wide staircase and is equipped with a pool alarm. An outdoor shower is also available.
From the terraces and the pool area you can enjoy the view of the almost undeveloped valley and a narrow sea view, which is actually larger than it appears in the pictures.

Beautiful relaxing holiday in a beautiful property – 5/5 stars
Very nice large villa with many retreats, modern furniture as well as high-quality appliances in the kitchen area, great outdoor area with pool, which was used by the children daily, ideal the proximity to St. Maxime and St. Tropez, positive to mention is also the fact that you could contact the person responsible on site at any time by phone if necessary. (Stay in June 2023).

This villa is a dream. A very open view, a few minutes to the sea. The whole equipment is sensationally versatile, tasteful and of high quality. Comfortable sitting and lying is provided everywhere.
