The villa

This is further complemented by an adjacent utility room with storage space, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On this living level there is also a guest toilet as well as the spacious master bedroom with TV and integrated dressing as well as bathroom en-suite with complete equipment such as double washbasin, shower, bathtub and toilet. In front of this bedroom you will also find a shaded terrace with three sun loungers and access to the pool area.
The spacious terrace in front of the living rooms with a sea view is equipped with attractive furniture. The equipment here includes a lounge seating area as well as a spacious dining ensemble and a gas BBQ on the covered terrace in front of the kitchen.
A staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor in which there are three further attractively furnished bedrooms. These are each equipped with their own modern shower room with toilet. The middle bedroom also has a small balcony with a sea view.

The heated swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4 m, is conveniently accessible via a wide staircase and is equipped with a pool alarm. An outdoor shower is also available.
From the terraces and pool area you can enjoy the view of the almost undeveloped valley and a narrow sea view, which is actually larger than it appears in the pictures.

Very nice large villa with many retreats, modern furniture as well as high quality appliances in the kitchen area, great outdoor area with pool, which was used by the children daily, ideal the proximity to St. Maxime and St. Tropez, positive mention is also the fact that you could contact the person responsible on site at any time by phone if necessary. (stay in June 2023).
This villa is a dream. A very open view, a few minutes to the sea. All the equipment is sensationally versatile, tasteful and high quality. Comfortable sitting and lying is provided everywhere.
