The villa is located on a plot of about 20,000 m² , which is largely planted with vines. The distance to the centre of Plan-de-la-Tour with numerous good restaurants and shops of daily need is only about 350 m. In about 5 km you will find a large shopping centre, an aqualand, a climbing park and a large cinema complex. The beaches of Sainte Maxime can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

The renovated villa offers on one level an air-conditioned living space for a total of max. 8 persons (ideally 6 adults and 2 children). In addition to a spacious living-/dining area with an open fireplace and TV and access to the spacious terrace, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and a children’s room with two single beds. There are also two shower rooms available.

The spacious terrace is equipped with appropriate furniture and is shaded by an electric awning. Immediately afterwards is the oval swimming pool with pool alarm. Appropriate sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower are of course also available.

The direct surroundings around the villa are beautifully planted and old trees convey a pleasantly sheltered atmosphere. The property is completely closed and is ideal for families with children due to its spaciousness.
