Location
The property is located at the entrance of Les Issambres in the quiet hills opposite the port “San Peire”. Various sandy beaches, restaurants, the regular ferry to St. Tropez and all shops for daily needs are about 4,000 m away. The villa is located in a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area.
The villa
The Californian-style villa was inspired by architects Franck Loyd Wright and Robert Mallet-Stevens. It offers a living area of 300 m² distributed over three levels, equipped for 6 people.
The air-conditioned villa with a rather unusual design for the region is furnished to a very high standard with natural stone floors, natural stone bathrooms and quality fixtures.
The very spacious living-dining area with panoramic glazing opens up to the covered terrace areas and the pool via a spacious entrance area with a high ceiling and an extremely attractive designer staircase. The central living room is furnished to a high standard and adjoins the fireplace area with a monumental natural stone fireplace. On the right side of the living area is a few steps down the dining area, also with access to a covered terrace and the open plan kitchen with very complete equipment in all respects.
The extravagant spiral staircase with glass steps leads to the upper floor with three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with modern comfort and a spacious terrace with panoramic sea views. The master bedroom is complemented by a work area and a dressing with high-quality fixtures.
In the basement of the villa there is a large party room with a hi-fi system, some sports equipment and an extraordinary panoramic window of 140 x 300 cm that gives a view into the swimming pool. This area can also be used as a playroom for children. Also on this level are two additional bedrooms with double beds (no windows) as well as an en suite shower room for each of them and the utility room with washing machine and dryer. These two bedrooms can be used for staff or two additional guests, but due to the lack of windows and furnishings, they do not correspond to the rooms on the upper floor.
The well-kept ground has a size of 2,300 m² and the entrance area of the property can be reached via an electric entrance gate and a long driveway. Several parking spaces are available on two levels.
The free-form swimming pool with diving board in front of the villa has a size of 15 x 6.5 m (incl. overflow pool). A lounge seating group, a dining ensemble and a corresponding number of deck chairs are of course also available in the outdoor areas. (Jacuzzi will remain locked during rental season).
From almost all of the above-mentioned rooms on the ground floor and upper floor as well as from the garden you can also enjoy a fantastic panoramic sea view without any disturbing influences. Due to the orientation, the property is in the sun almost all day and the villa is equipped with a special, slightly bluish glazing to prevent excessive heating.

The tourism tax depends on the rental price and the number of tenants.
We had a very relaxing stay in the house. It has a magnificent pool with an underwater window to the party room. Apart from some minor renovation work that was needed again, everything was fine. Gladly again. (stay August 2023)
